TCA-30 Plastic Industrial Air Chillers
 

TCA series air chiller has two types : tube-in-shell type and spiral type.
This series can be afforded cooling ranges from 5~35ºC, even lower to 3ºC (temperature controlled accuracy at ± 1ºC).It adopts fin style air-cooled condensers with features of rapid heat transmission and excellent heat dispersion. Cooling water no need to be required. The compressors' power ranges from 5HP ~ 36HP and cooling capacities from 12900 ~ 123840 kcal /hr. The chiller can accurately control the mold temperature to shorten the molding cycle, accelerate the product shape, so that the product neither deformation and shrinkage but also can improve the surface perfection, enhance the perspective rate, improve the quality of product.

Features

1. To employ high precision temperature controller  which can accurately control water temperature 5~35ºC ,  precision up to ± 1ºC .
2. To employ fin style air-cooled condensers with features of rapid heat transmission and excellent heat dispersion. Cooling water no need to be required.
3. The cooling air of the air chiller is inhaled from the side of the fuselage and the top discharge effectis.
4. To adopt imported superb compressor and water pump, stable performance, power saving, durable service life and low noise.
5. 304 stainless steel insulated water tank with durable service life, easy to clean and maintenance.
6. Complete safety devices including power reverse phase& power short phase and anti-freeze protection.
7. To adopt High efficiency tube-in-shell evaporator and seamless spiral copper tube, long service life, ensure good water quality.
8. Standard equipped with RS485 communication interface that can realize automatic centralized monitoring.
9. The temperature of the ultra-low temperature chiller can reach below -15ºC (option).
10. Chillers for anti-alkaline& anti-acid type can be customize.
